What you´ll do
- Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) area.
- Implement Henkel’s SHE programs and policies.
- Ensure each assigned manufacturing site is compliant with federal, state, and local environmental and occupational health regulations as well as monitoring, communicating, and executing implementation of changes.
- Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHE area.
- Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization.
- Report out on monthly sustainability and SHE metrics for assigned sites and generate recommendations to improve safety and environmental outcomes.
What makes you a good fit
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in occupational safety and health/industrial hygiene or equivalent experience in industrial safety preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing safety role.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel required.

The salary for this role is $75000.00 - $95000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
