What you´ll do
- Lead project management for Rocky Hill site initiatives, including the Summer Picnic, Henkel Day, Take Your Child to Work Day, Employee Resource Groups‑sponsored site events, and Henkel‑supported employee community engagement activities.
- Partner with site leadership and cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and manage budgets for sitewide meetings and events.
- Provide project management support for complex business global initiatives and projects cascading from global to the North America region.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for special projects, events, business initiatives and business leaders.

- Experience in event planning and administrative coordination.

- Proven experience supporting senior or executive leaders.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and travel/expense systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $86,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
