What you´ll do
- Lead our key distributors and distribution projects (e.g., for pipeline management) for Electronics Adhesives in the region of Eastern Europe (and partially France & Spain)
- Identify underdeveloped channel opportunities within the region
- Ensure disciplined channel execution aligned with growth objectives
- Manage key distributor accounts at global, regional, and local levels
- Drive the regional execution of the Sales & Distribution Excellence roadmap
- Implement policies, frameworks, and regional channel strategies
- Manage roll-out of global and regional eCommerce strategies
- Collaborate with pricing, sales, and channel teams for alignment and success
What makes you a good fit
- Strong background in business development and strategic account management, background in electric engineering can be a plus
- Skilled in crisis management, deal structuring, and objection handling
- Experience in customer research and market-driven decision-making
- Proficient in digital sales tools and sales forecasting
- Strategic thinker with a questioning mindset and drive for improvement
- Knowledge of supply chain models and customer service practices
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Polish (or another EE language); French or Spanish is a plus
