What you´ll do
- Provide consultative support and recommend the best adhesive solutions for customer applications for DACH region
- Communicate with customers via email and phone.
- Develop expertise in Henkel's adhesives portfolio through structured training.
- Collaborate with technical experts and internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and support onboarding of new colleagues.
What makes you a good fit
- Fluent German is essential for customer interactions, while English is used for internal communication
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role is a must
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Technical background (chemistry, engineering, materials science) or experience with technical/B2B products is advantage
- Experience with CRM systems is advantage

Salary: €1,700 – €2,200 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
