What you´ll do

As part of our Territory Sales team, you’ll help customers solve challenges with value-driven solutions while building strong, long-term relationships across Western Canada.
In this role, you will:
- Visit customers both in person and virtually to understand their needs and recommend solutions
- Partner with technical experts to deliver consultative support and product expertise
- Manage and grow customer accounts through relationship building, training, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with teams across customer service, marketing, engineering, and sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage activity, reporting, and opportunities
- Contribute to business growth while representing Henkel’s values with agility, accountability, and professionalism

Travel Requirement:
This role includes local and overnight travel throughout Western Canada (approximately 60 overnight stays per year). Candidates based in the Vancouver area are preferred.
What makes you a good fit
- 7–12 years of B2B sales experience working with professional end users and/or distribution channels
- Automotive aftermarket experience preferred
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and ability to manage a Western Canada territory
- Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and related technologies
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

The salary for this role is $90,000-$115,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
