About this Position
Become part of Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Global eCommerce team and help shape the future of our eCommerce business.
What you´ll do
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to identify eCommerce growth opportunities across markets and channels
- Support strategic eCommerce projects, including market and performance analyses, project coordination and tracking of key initiatives
- Contribute to global eCommerce reporting and KPI tracking, translating data into clear business insights
- Prepare presentations and decision materials while gaining hands-on experience in developing and scaling eCommerce initiatives globally
- Participate in the development and implementation of global eCommerce strategies and business initiatives
- Analyze market and performance data to identify and evaluate eCommerce growth opportunities
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and support project coordination while tracking relevant KPIs and business performance
What makes you a good fit
- Student currently enrolled in business, economics, digital/eCommerce or a related field, ideally in the final stages of a Bachelor's or pursuing a Master's degree
- Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is a plus
- Interest in eCommerce, digital business models and international business development
- Understanding of AI concepts and tools, including generative AI and prompting, and interest in applying AI to business use cases
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- Proactive, curious and collaborative team player with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
