What you´ll do
- Shaping Digital Solutions:
- Identify and assess business needs for new digital tools and enhancements to ensure they deliver meaningful business value.
- Turn those needs into clear requirements and use cases, support prioritization, and collaborate with technical teams to shape the solution.
- Data governance:
- Establishes common business definitions and rules and ensures they are documented in the data catalog.
- Defines principles for how data is shared and used within the domain.
- Clarifies data ownership and accountability across key data assets.
- Acts as a bridge between business teams, data and IT teams, analytics, and compliance.
- Operations:
- Defines data quality requirements, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Monitors data quality, particularly for Critical Data Elements, and sets data quality targets.
- Identifies the root causes of data quality issues and coordinates their resolution.
What makes you a good fit
- Strong interpersonal communication, influencing and stakeholder management
- Proven experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making
- MS Excel min. Intermediate level required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in performance management metrics
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Understanding of data sources, transformation rules, and reporting processes
- Familiarity with data quality issues and processes
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently

Salary: €2,000 – €2,400 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
