About this Position
A high impact controlling role with exceptional visibility in an international environment and plenty of room for personal & professional development.
What you´ll do
- Leverage your expertise in financial cost reporting, planning and forecasting
- Prepare scenario, ad hoc and project related analyses with respect to global cost developments for senior/top management
- Continuously improve the processes that stand behind the cost reporting, planning, forecasting and controlling
- Manage the financial impact of acquisitions & divestments across functions and continuously optimize process alignment with business units and functions
- Closely cooperate with different departments within finance, other functions and business units
- Act as reliable business partner who facilitates decision making
What makes you a good fit
- Top class university degree, preferable with majors in controlling / finance / accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant professional controlling experience preferable in an international environment with high interest in financial processes and developing them further
- Strong analytical and digital capabilities, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and basic application of analytics and AI tools
- Ability to analyze business drivers, assess scenarios, and derive value-oriented recommendations
- Ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders in different areas and hierarchies
- Highly motivated & team-oriented with distinct ‘can-do’ attitude
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
