YOUR ROLE

  • Lead team of 5-8 Territory Sales Engineers (TSE) focusing on disciplined sales execution in line with strategic priorities and driving sales efficiency & effectiveness
  • Achieves full business potential (sales and profit) of area by securing efficient geographical coverage and cross-selling opportunities
  • People leadership, training, talent development of TSEs
  • Drives implementation of key strategic initiatives in the sales area
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply chain, etc. to ensure full internal support for the sales team
  • Ensures compliant execution of sales processes (e.g. pricing, customer data management)
  • Provides sales forecast for the sales area

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong leadership approach
  • Preferred: University degree in Management / B2B Marketing & Sales / Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)  
  •  Fluency in Polish and upper intermediate in English is a must
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position and industry
  • Very good communication and analytical skills
  • Efficient user of Micrososft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Marketing experience is welcome
