YOUR ROLE
- Support in the development of the mid-term business plan for beauty care category ( portfolio management, new products introductions and promotional activations)
- Cooperate closely with CEE headquarter and Sales Department: initiate new in-store consumer activations, customize mechanisms to achieve common goals
- Post evaluate the beauty care category performance: market shares, sales performance, tracking of innovations and media campaigns, portfolio reviews, budget follow-up etc. in terms of business KPIs
- Prepare recommendations for brands and categories (taking into consideration internal and external perspective) based on available data sources
- Prepare, align & execute local activation plan including communication platforms aligned with brand positioning, marketing mix and in store activation
- Develop creative marketing activation and content ideas aligned with objectives, audiences and intent
- Lead proper communication to the Sales Team and trade partners, concerning beauty care products, brand communication platforms, POS availability and logistics
- Support in managing & controlling assigned marketing budget.
