We are looking for a Project Engineer to work on capital investment projects in Building Adhesives sites in Europe and globally. The candidate will be responsible for technical part of the projects, including design of site layouts and production lines, specification and sourcing of production equipment, as well as supervision of commissioning and start-up. The candidate will be developed to future position of project manager for capital investment projects.

What we offer

  • Design process flow diagrams in cooperation with technology experts and other relevant stakeholders
  • Develop technical specification for equipment and support tendering & sourcing process in cooperation with purchasing team
  • Prepare equipment layouts, basic design for buildings and site master plan 
  • Supervise installation andd commissioning of production lines including ramp up to design capacity
  • Communicate progress of your project part to the project lead and relevant stakeholders

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in mechanical, chemical or related fields of engineering
  • 5+ years experience in the area of engineering, ideally as design engineer / constructor for industrial installations. Experience in maintenance engineering of manufacturing plants is beneficial
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Project Management tools like MS Project
  • Good knowledge of design uncomplicated industrial steel constructions, single and multistoried steel industrial buildings
  • Good knowledge of design and operation dedusting installation, compressed air and pneumatics forces, horizontal and vertical conveyors, tank scales, sand driers, separators, pneumatic transport, mixing lines with the use of horizontal and vertical mixers for dry and wet products, packaging and palletizing lines
  • Excellent language skills in English and Polish. Other languages are beneficial
  • Ability to work in multifunctional international teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good knowledge of energy, water and environmental management
